    • Handmade with love in Singapore! Due to immediate material sourcing, all sales are final. Contact us within 12 hours for design adjustments [email us at hello@dailyspring.sg]. 
    • Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing
  • Damaged Items (Post-Delivery)
    • If your item arrives with craftsmanship defects (unrelated to shipping/weather):
      • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
        • ✅ Clear photos/video of damage
        • ✅ Unboxing footage (recommended for high-value orders)
    • We’ll email a return authorization label
    • Upon receipt and verification:
      • ➔ Free replacement shipped (identical design)
      •  No cash refunds
  • Strict Conditions
    • ❌ No refunds/replacements for:
      • Change of mind
      • Shipping delays/carrier damage
      • Weather-related issues (humidity, etc.)
      • Color variations (screen vs. actual)
      • Minor handmade imperfections (part of artisan charm)
  • Return Shipping Costs
    • Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours (wrong item sent)
