Shipping policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • [Currently Unavailable] Same-Day Delivery ($20 SGD): Available only for orders placed before 3:00 PM SGT on business days (Monday-Saturday excluding public holidays), with delivery guaranteed by 9:00 PM to most Singapore addresses.
  • Next-Day Delivery ($16 SGD): Applies to orders placed before 8:00 PM SGT, delivered the following business day by 9:00 PM (subject to carrier availability).
  • Standard Delivery ($5 SGD): Our most economical option with a 3-5 business day delivery window after production completion.
  • Self-Pickup (Free): Available at Woodlands MRT Station after whatsapp contact  - you must provide an active WhatsApp number in your order notes for us to coordinate a pickup time between 11:00 AM-7:00 PM daily.

2. Delivery Terms & Limitation

  • Orders placed after the 3:00 PM same-day cutoff will automatically be processed as Next-Day Delivery at the original same-day rate, with notification sent via email. 
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only - we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or incorrect recipient information.
  • For self-pickup orders, unclaimed items after 3 calendar days will be considered abandoned and may be repurposed or resold without refund.

3. Self-Pickup Terms (Strict Policy)

  • Exclusive Pickup Location: All self-pickup orders must be collected at Woodlands MRT Station (Singapore). We do not offer alternative pickup locations, including:
    • Other MRT stations
    • Residential addresses
    • Third-party collection points
    • Temporary pop-up locations
  • Mandatory Contact Information: You must provide a valid WhatsApp number in the order notes. We will:
    • Contact you within 2 business hours of order confirmation
    • Arrange a specific 30-minute collection window (available daily from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • No Location Changes:
    • Pickup location cannot be modified after order placement
    • Requests for alternate locations will be politely declined
    • Unclaimed orders after 3 days will be considered abandoned without refund
  • Verification Required:
    • Present your order confirmation email (digital or printed)
    • Show photo ID matching the order name if collecting for someone else
